Ryon, what do you attribute your success to?

Who you surround yourself with plays a huge role in your success. We have built a team with diverse skillsets that understands the importance of the work they do each and every day. Everyone on our team shares a passion for helping people grow their business. This passion also helps build better relationships with our clients so they become advocates for Local Leap.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

Early on in my career I tried to find opportunities where I could provide value. I never let my job title prevent me from doing something that needed to be done. If it meant taking out the trash or scrubbing floors, that’s what I did. I also never let my paycheck dictate the quality of my work. My goal was to always bring more value and do more than I was asked. Local Leap Marketing was built on the same values. We focus on customer service and doing whatever needs to be done to make our client’s phone ring. Hiring an online marketing firm is ultimately trusting someone with the keys to your business. We take pride in knowing how much trust is placed in the work we do and it’s rewarding to see the results.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

The first stop would have to be at Hutchins BBQ in McKinney. Then a visit to The Star in Frisco and dinner at Dee Lincoln Prime. It’s hard to go wrong with so many things do in the Frisco and Legacy West area.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?

When I first got married, my wife would usually finish my sentences with “Now say something positive.” It took some time for me to realize how my negative mindset was holding me back. Her positive outlook and support helped change the way I approach everything in life. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her. About 5 years ago I started working with Brain Basics. I highly recommend getting a life coach for anyone who wants personal and professional growth. Understanding the role your mindset plays in your decisions can ultimately determine how far you go. I would like to think that everyone I have worked with or spent time around has played a role in my development over the years. From previous managers to friends and family, I try to learn something from everyone.
